Common Ground Project Manager Vacancy

We're Hiring! Common Ground Project Manager Vacancy

Common Ground is a Norfolk & Norwich Festival 250 Project that connects young people with their local heritage through the arts. From 2020 to 2023 the project will engage creatively and digitally with young people across East Anglia, providing opportunities for 13–25-year-olds to take part in events, projects, skills development, leadership training and paid traineeships.

We intend for Common Ground to achieve long-term impact and aim to achieve our goals by carefully listening to all parties involved, from participants through to our partnership board. We’re guided by what we learn in order to refine our approach, and continually share our findings with our project partners and the sector at large. The Project Manager post will play a critical role in contributing to this learning process. Our evaluation process has been developed to support experimentation, creativity, and the development of sustainable outcomes, requiring all parties involved in our projects to be open to this approach. As such, we want to work with people who share a commitment to learning, who have excellent listening and collaborative skills, along with a genuine desire to make an impact.
