Festival Bridge are looking to find a freelance evaluator for our CALSA programme. CALSA (Cultural and Arts Leader in Schools and Academies) is a key regional programme developed by Festival Bridge in 2015 to ensure that the benefits of cultural education are accessible to children and young people across our region.
In the 2021/22 academic year we are working in collaboration with Unity Research School and CALSAs across the region to deliver a series of inquiry projects which explore how to grow and develop the capabilities of ‘Arts Broker Teachers’ as defined in the TALE research project. We are looking to recruit a freelancer to evaluate and create recommendations based on this activity.
The budget available for the project is £4,000 and the contract period is from November 2021 to July 2022. The aim of this brief is to evaluate findings from the CALSA Arts Broker Teacher Inquiry Project and produce recommendations for future practice.
We would like bidders to propose an evaluation approach and provide the skills and experience necessary to complete the project described above and outputs outlined below. We expect there to be consultation with the Norfolk & Norwich Festival Trust and the Unity Research School throughout the delivery of the contract.
Deadline for tender proposals is 9am on 25 October 2021
