We’re recruiting for a Senior Manager for Norfolk & Suffolk.
At a time where cultural education opportunities for children and young people are being eroded, our work has never been more important. This is particularly true for those who have additional social, economic or geographic barriers inhibiting their participation. Our work seeks to resist and counter that inequality of opportunity by creating and facilitating networks and partnerships that can deliver this change. As a Festival Bridge Senior Manager you will be responsible for building and supporting a range of networks across Norfolk and Suffolk and in particular the Local Cultural Education Partnerships, which bring the key stakeholders form schools, cultural organisations, local government and elsewhere, to create a shared ambition for children and young people
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, first rate project management abilities and a positive determined attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience of working at senior levels of the cultural and/or education sector. This is a challenging yet rewarding post, requiring management of existing activity with clear scope to lead the development of new opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent post.
Deadline for applications is midday on Monday 29 July.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 8 August.
