James Evans

James Evans is a historian and television producer. His doctorate thesis on the national question in the new state of Yugoslavia after World War I was published in 2005. He produced popular historical documentaries, as well as helping with some of the accompanying books. His acclaimed account of Tudor exploration of the north-east passage, Merchant Adventurers, was praised for being entertaining and highly researched.
