Festival Food Vendors

Applications to become a food vendor at our 2023 Festival are now open!

This year, Norfolk & Norfolk Festival will return from Friday 12 – Sunday 28 May. We are looking for food vendors to provide catering for the Festival’s Street Party, a weekend of outdoor family shows and activities in Chapelfield Gardens and around the city, on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 May.

At Norfolk & Norwich Festival, we take environmental responsibility seriously and we want to ensure that our efforts towards a more sustainable Festival span the entire organisation, including the concessions we work with to feed our audiences, crews and artists. We are proud of the steps that we have taken to ensure our Festival is forward-thinking when it comes to sustainability, and we’re excited to do more. That is why we’re rethinking how we bring food and drink vendors on board with us for Norfolk & Norwich Festival 2023 and beyond.

We have created a set of ‘Green Trading Standards’ that we would like to work with vendors to achieve, as well as an eco-bond which takes the form of a 50% refundable deposit for vendors who meet our essential trading standards. We’re excited to connect with new and existing vendors and bring them on the journey with us towards a more sustainable practice.

If you would like to work with an exciting, vibrant Festival and you believe that you share our values, download our Green Trading Standards document and an application form below. Please send over completed application forms to Laurie Hutcheson laurie.hutcheson@nnfestival.org.uk

Arts make life better

Norfolk & Norwich Festival brings tens of thousands of people together in celebration – it has been doing this for 250 years. Through our May Festival and our year-round arts education work, focusing on children and young people, we lead and support celebration, creativity and curiosity in communities across Norfolk and the region.

This year we begin an exciting new initiative, Festival Connect & Create that will bring creative opportunities to those schools and communities with least provision. Creativity transforms people’s lives. It builds cohesive communities, develops vital skills and supports health and wellbeing. We want more people to have access to creative opportunities.

Please consider donating to support and develop this work. With your help we can increase access to the life changing power of the arts.
