Visitors Welcome
A four day music festival, as part of a run of triennial events.
To drum up enthusiasm for the festival 8,000 promotional flyers were printed and large billboards installed around the city.
Previews in newspapers were now also aimed at visitors to Norfolk as much as to local families and included travel and accommodation information.
Locals clubbed together to buy tickets for wounded soldiers, as well as blind and disabled children.
