Tickets: £18.00 - £20.00

Join interior stylist, author, columnist, and TV personality Paula Sutton for an in-conversation event over cream tea in the atmospheric grounds of Dragon Hall.

The Body in the Kitchen Garden is the second book in Paula’s cosy crime series. In the idyllic village of Pudding Corner, tea is poured, secrets simmer, gardens hide more than just weeds — and murder is blooming once again…

Your ticket includes a classic English cream tea, with a choice of tea or coffee, to enjoy as Paula takes to the stage in conversation. She will go behind the scenes of The Body in the Garden, revealing the inspiration for vintage aficionado-turned-sleuth Daphne Brewster, and sharing insights into the creative process — as well as why Norfolk provides such a rich and atmospheric backdrop for her writing.

‘Miss Marple for the 21st Century. Loved it. A must-read’ S.J. Bennett

‘Reminiscent of Poirot… Daphne Brewster is easily the most interesting whodunnit sleuth in years’ Paterson Joseph

Arts make life better

Norfolk & Norwich Festival brings tens of thousands of people together in celebration – it has been doing this for over 250 years. Through our May Festival and our year-round arts education work, focusing on children and young people, we lead and support celebration, creativity and curiosity in communities across Norfolk and the region.

This year we begin an exciting new initiative, Festival Connect & Create that will bring creative opportunities to those schools and communities with least provision. Creativity transforms people’s lives. It builds cohesive communities, develops vital skills and supports health and wellbeing. We want more people to have access to creative opportunities.

Please consider donating to support and develop this work. With your help we can increase access to the life changing power of the arts.
