Try your hand at bookbinding in this practical session led by writer and professional bookbinder Judith Ellis. Whether you’re a zine maker, poet or dabble in creative nonfiction, anyone can learn how to turn their work into a simple but beautiful binding.

Biography 

After giving up many years of full time employment, Judith Ellis rather unexpectedly found herself training as a bookbinder. This has led her on a journey into repairing books, making new books and the associated art of designer bindings, and teaching. She has exhibited with the Designer Bookbinders at the Flow Gallery in London, and has received awards in annual Designer Bookbinders competitions.
