FLOCK Network
Carving a Creative Career Outside London
with Ian Johnson
Wednesday 17 February, 6.00pm
Online
Tickets: Free
You don’t need London to build a creative career. This session looks at how to do it from East Anglia – finding venues and organisations, reaching out without getting ignored, and building a network that gets you work.
Ian Johnson, who has helped young creatives build careers locally, will talk you through the pathways open to young talent and share practical tips for building that all-important network.
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where the opportunities are in our region, a better sense of how to approach venues and organisations, and genuine ideas for building a community that can support you.
