FLOCK
Back to Creative LeadersYoung Creatives Professional Network - FLOCK
FLOCK is a network aimed at creatives aged 18-25, emerging onto the arts and cultural scene in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or Peterborough. If you or a young person you know or work with is looking to meet like-minded creatives, gain new professional local contacts and hear about creative career opportunities, including our Bursaries for Young Creatives, then join FLOCK!
FLOCK supports young creatives, our future arts leaders, through developing skills, sharing sector knowledge and growing a cultural community for young creatives. Designed and delivered by young people, for young people through a cohort of six co-directors, who programme and deliver FLOCK events.

FLOCK Co-Directors
The FLOCK Co-Directors are made up of young people, aged 18-25, from across East Anglia who have an interest in, or active practice in socially engaged work. Supported by members of the Festival team they meet throughout the year to design and deliver network events and lead on the direction of FLOCK. During their time as a Co-Director, they will decide policies, themes, venues and speakers. In addition, each member will take the lead on producing a network event.
The Co-Directors are in post from February-January and application open each winter for the next cohort.
