TOAST is poetry, but not as you know it. Norfolk’s biggest poetry night returns to the Festival Speak Easy for three days of poetry, spoken word, storytelling and performance from some of the UK’s best poets and performers… redefining what poetry is and can be.
Ella Frears is poet based in London. Her debut collection Shine, Darling was shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best First Collection, and the T. S. Eliot Prize for Poetry. Her latest book Goodlord, which takes the form of one long email to an estate agent, was shortlisted for The Forward Prize and a Sky Arts Award.
