The John Innes Centre is an independent centre of research and training in plant science, genetics and microbiology.

Getting There

The John Innes Centre is located on Norwich Research Park, Zone 2.

Bus Local bus providers include First Norfolk and Suffolk, and KonectBus. For up to date information about bus numbers and timetables, visit their websites, and look for buses to the UEA, or the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.  Both the UEA and hospital are within walking distance from the John Innes Centre.

Car The John Innes Centre is located to the east of Norwich, it is best to approach from the Watton Road (B1108). The Norwich Research Park is well signposted.

There is an on-site car park with accessible parking spaces. On arrival visitors will be prompted to log their registration number at reception. For Conference Centre events, special arrangements should be made with the Conference Centre Manager.

Accessibility

Toilets Wheelchair accessible toilets are available approximately 30 metres from the Auditorium on a mixture of flat and slightly inclined hard floor.
