How to book wheelchair accessible tickets online

- For other events, with reserved seating plans or limited wheelchair accessible space, before you look at events and select your tickets, to get access to wheelchair tickets you’ll need to login to your booking account and go to Other Preferences. Here check the box next to I’m a wheelchair user (electric) or I’m a wheelchair user (manual) and any other option which are relevant to you.
- Now have a look at the What’s on page and book your tickets.
- When you get to select your tickets, on a reserved plan, wheelchair accessible spaces will have a wheelchair symbol on them. On unreserved plans there will be the option to choose Wheelchair Users.
- On unreserved plans please purchase essential companion tickets or other members of your party in the general allocation, or area adjacent to the wheelchair user section chosen, this does not mean you will sit in different areas, but ensures we keep within the capacity for wheelchair users in each venue.
