FLOCK is Norfolk & Norwich Festival’s Young Creatives Network, created by young people, for young people is recruiting for six new Co-directors to shape our 2026 cohort.

If you’re 18 – 25, based in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or Peterborough, and excited about creativity, culture and community, this is your chance to be paid to: Programme cultural events, gain experience in producing, connect with creatives & cultural organisations across the region, develop your leadership skills.

Event Managers & Festival Crew

Our requirements for event staff and crew fluctuates each year dependent on our programme of work. If you’re interested in working with us either as an Event Manager or member of our Crew please email a CV to info@nnfestival.org.uk stating which is your preferred role.

We will then add you onto our list of prospects and may contact you if we need some additional support.

Norfolk & Norwich Festival welcomes applicants from a wide mix of people. We are really interested in hearing from people who possess transferable skills but might not have worked in the professional arts sector before.
